| On Thursday 19th February 2015 V W Bro Walter Balmer, Prov. D.G.Ch, representative of our Provincial Grand Master, attended the Installation of W Bro Basil Keys as Worshipful Master of Excelsior Lodge. | |

| W Bro Basil is a Cheshire Craft Mason he is however, a loyal Mark Mason and Royal Ark Mariner in Garston. He was installed in an excellent manner by his friend and Worshipful Master W Bro George Stones, P.G St. B. | |
| W. Bro Basil then appointed his Officers including Bro Ged Wilson as Senior Warden and Bro Bill Wenton as Junior Warden. | |

| V.W. Bro Walter Balmer brought the congratulations from our Provincial Grand Master Peter Connolly he also offered his own person congratulations to the Installing Master for an excellent example of an Installation. In offering his congratulations V. W. Bro Walter stated that he was delighted to be in the company of long standing Masonic friends, which included W.Bro Derek Horrocks (PGMs Special Representative for Garston) also V.W. Bro Eric Hughes both of whom were appointed Officers of the lodge for 2015. | |
| Excelsior Mark 359 received its Warrant in 1885. Amongst Past of the Lodge is the name of W.Bro J.A.T McNaught P.G.St.B John McNaught (also known as Jack) was a founder member of the Psychic Truth Society other friends of his ,who became the founding members were also Freemasons. | |
